Forever work their socks off for new branding & social media brief
Sock subscription company, The Sock Butler, has recently appointed Manchester digital agency Forever to manage their social media and influencer strategy as part of a competitive pitch
The Sock Butler, a sister-brand of Sock Shop, launched online just over a year ago providing flexible, monthly sock subscriptions delivered straight to your door.
When The Sock Butler approached Forever, they were initially looking for social content creation but through the discovery process, it was found that in order to ensure complete consistency across all channels, the website & brand needed an upgrade too.
After developing clear brand guidelines, including fonts, TOV, colours, art direction and photography, and a revision of the overall customer journey, Forever have now strengthened The Sock Butler’s social and website from an overall brand perspective and are providing ongoing social media creation and management.
