Manchester Central is an icon in the city centre, hosting conferences and exhibitions for 130 years. They wanted a new website, to increase usability for all visitors, whilst showcasing both the venue and the city as a whole. Adopting a range of different media, they intended to drive business from markets worldwide.
Following our in-depth research, we designed an immersive visitor experience, intending to outperform competitors. Including clear, concise communication capacity, as well as a personalised style tile, we prepared Manchester Central for future expansion of their digital presence.
In the first three months after launch, the site saw a 26% increase in visits; this boosted to 76% new sessions in the first year.
