Data and analytics company impakt Advisors acquired by global digital marketing agency Croud

impakt Advisors is a New York-based data and analytics company providing data visualisation, data engineering and data science services to global brands including Public Goods, Indigo, ZX Ventures, Kerry Group and Dell.
Co-founded by managing partner Konrad Kopczynski alongside Alika Graham and Nicholas Hahn, impakt Advisors helps consumer brands maximise their analytics to optimise consumer targeting, inventory planning and marketing spend.

Integrating directly into Croud’s growing US data solutions team, the experienced team at impakt Advisors will provide additional specialist data and analytics skills to further strengthen Croud’s data solutions services. This acquisition supports the agency’s global investment in data solutions, which also includes the hiring of Croud’s global Head of Data Science and Tools Kelly Yip earlier this year.

The news follows an exciting period of growth for Croud’s US arm. In the last 12 months, the US business has grown close to 70% YoY and has more than doubled in headcount, hiring 25 new staff in 2021. Croud has welcomed key senior hires such as Dean Gardner as Global Chief Operating Officer, and Andrew Sandoval as VP of Biddable Media, who have played an integral role in driving the agency’s growth.
