BeWILDerwood is a unique and highly successful, award-winning family attraction set in 50 acres of woodland in the heart of the Norfolk Broads

It was ranked second in the Telegraph’s 2017 list of 23 UK attractions you must take your kids to before they turn 16.

Having worked for BeWILDerwood for two years developing their tourist information collateral, we won a pitch to deliver their new website.

The site was designed to give families an immersive brand experience, and for them to get a feeling of what to expect from their visit. The design broke all the rules with lots of movement and animation – and a deliberate move away from the traditional grid structure. User experience was paramount; information had to be found quickly and easily and it had to be a fun experience imbued with the essence of the park. We made it easier for users to purchase tickets and included key signposting throughout the site for this.

We have to admit that the quirky nature of the site gave our development team some headaches, particularly regarding mobile devices!
