Personal qualities

As a fairly small agency, the personal qualities of the people we hire are often just as important as the skills they bring.

Collective people are intelligent self-starters who truly give a s**t. Ok is never good enough. We strive to do the best we can do, as much for our own sense of self-worth as for the business. That’s why we always deliver

We keep things simple and operate a very flat structure, so people at Collective need to get on with each other. We’ll want you to use your undoubted intelligence to challenge, disrupt and question our thinking, but we’ll expect to do the same to you.

We aren’t motivated by fancy job titles. Good people quickly earn all the influence and respect they can handle at Collective. For many, the greatest reward is seeing their idea have real impact in the marketplace.

We’re passionate. We strive to employ people whose job connects them with their passions. We’d like to see you demonstrate passion for what you do.

We never stop learning. The fast-paced innovation of digital is what makes it so exciting. That’s why we’ll encourage and support you with myriad learning opportunities, from training and professional accreditation, to conferences and speaking engagements. If you want to become famous, we’ll make you famous.

In summary, we’re looking for people that embody our founding principles of Passion, Invention, Simplicity and Delivery.
