The first honor came in April with Admonster’s Top Women in Media and Ad Tech. Coegi’s Senior Vice President of Operations and Analytics, Katie Kluba, was one of just 130 women named across the nation alongside companies such as Walt Disney, Sam’s Club, Nielsen, Publicis, and Roku. Furthermore, Katie was just one of 17 women recognized for being a “Data Demystifier”, honoring women whose expertise in data science or analytics allow for better informed business decision making and testing. Coegi’s President, Sean Cotton, said of Kluba: “Katie is highly deserving of this award. Her expert experiences in building both products and teams has helped shape the industry and the company.”
The next award came in May with Coegi being named to Inc.’s 2023 Best Workplaces list, including being named to special categories for medium-sized companies with 50-99 employees as well as a top workplace for the midwest region. This is especially noteworthy given the often challenging work life reputation that most agency employees face, especially during the turbulent times of the pandemic. Coegi’s Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Patricia Branson, said of the honor: “I’m proud of the dedication we’ve placed on workplace culture at Coegi. This has enabled us to achieve sustainable growth by finding the right talent for our client needs and dedicated employee base.”
Lastly, Coegi was proud to be named to AdExchanger’s Top 50 Programmatic Power Players list for the second year in a row. This list recognizes those whose prowess in the automated media space, with Coegi being selected from hundreds of applicants for its breadth of services and depth of case studies. Kluba reflects on the work that helped get the agency to this level of sophistication: “Our team’s dedication to delivering quality work that focuses on business results has allowed us to stand out in the sea of agencies and produce outstanding work for our clients.”
Coegi was founded in 2014 as an early adopter of automated media technology. Since then, the company has grown to become a media and marketing partner with 60+ employees, four offices, and teams with experience across more than 300 brands across a broad array of industries.
