An auto network representing 225 car dealers partnered with Claritas to identify in-market buyers with the most potential to convert. Using our robust datasets, Claritas created custom audiences of their best prospects and engaged with them via a targeted email campaign.

How we did it

Powered by our database of 315+MM emails tied to physical addresses and using our industry leading Claritas Identity Graph, we built custom audiences that factored in key consumer attributes, including service and warranty histories, HHI purchase behaviors, age/family, credit score and distance from dealerships.

Over 20 million emails were sent over a six-month period. Beyond significant increases in revenue, the effort exceeded industry benchmarks for open and click-through rates.
