Crouch in for questioning: Peter Crouch gets a grilling from police in spoof line of duty video from Paddy Power and Chief

Peter Crouch is once again the star of the latest Cheltenham preview video from Paddy Power which sees him hauled into a police station ‘on suspicion of providing cr*p horse racing tips.’ Eastenders’ Shaun Williamson and racing presenter Matt Chapman star as interviewing officers. Conceived and written by Paddy Power, directed by Ben Tonge and produced by Chief Productions, the film is the latest work from this comedy collective, whose 2021 video also featuring Crouchy went on to achieve over 7 million views.

Karen James, commercial director at Chief commented ‘The response to the Paddy Power content we’ve been producing over the past 12 months has been brilliant. Audiences have really engaged with this style of sitcom web series - thanks to the brilliant scripts from Paddy Power, the talent and the comedic direction from Ben Tonge.
