NOKIA offered us a unique opportunity - to design and build the worlds first VR Advertorial, complete with E-Commerce capabilities baked in to sell their brand new suite of health products.
Brandwidth had 5 weeks, in which to plan, shoot, build and edit this experience, as well as deliver on the world stage at Cannes Lions 2017.
We worked closely with the Nokia creative team and helped realise their dream for an active advert that allowed navigation through VR, the discovery of products and activation to add these products to basket, all delivered in stunning 4K stereoscopic VR. Shooting quickly using Nokia’s Ozo camera, stitching software and player SDK, we edited at the same time as the app build. Brandwidth was able to not only meet the brief, but to exceed expectations, developing a unique ‘4 rooms’ system, that showed the passage of time throughout the day, and helped show the Nokia products in use.
