TermSet had a challenge that is not uncommon in our industry; to create a website user journey that drives engagement and makes the brand proposition explicitly clear from initial landing.
UX design and video integration
We made the focus of the project UX design. We experimented with ways to develop a clear visitor journey that would enhance the goals of the website to ultimately drive new enquiries. Users can now navigate the site in a seamless way that enables them to discover and consume relevant content.
Access to relevant downloads and UX focused video design helped us achieve this. We added new functionality to increase interaction with the end user, such as live chat, user friendly forms and clear call to actions that drive engagement.
To depict how TermSet’s products and services benefit the end user, we used bespoke graphics and relevant imagery. The new website provides a fresh look with much improved interaction and functionality.
PPC and SEO
Upon launch, SEO and PPC campaigns were executed to drive both immediate enquiries and grow long term organic traffic that improves the website’s exposure and ranking.
Since the website launched, the TermSet brand has been acquired by CoreView, something that was fantastic for us to see. We were pleased to know the team behind TermSet and their innovative work had paid off.
