Design and technology agency Beyond – with offices in London, New York and San Francisco – has created a new digital hub for the REED Group, the largest family-run recruitment business in the world.

Beyond delivers new digital hub to mark REED’s 7th decade.

Design and technology agency Beyond partners with REED to deliver new website providing a gateway to the stories and services of the biggest family-run recruitment business in the world. At a vital time for the recruiting industry, new hub for the REED network connects all of REED’s businesses for the first time and helps the business communicate its whole offering from courses to recruitment.REED.com balances traditional recruitment offering with the pressing need for skills development in response to COVID-19 pandemic.

To mark the occasion of REED’s 60th anniversary, Reed.com acts as a one-stop-shop for all of REED’s recruitment and training services, connecting for the first time the company’s full suite of services and allowing clients a 360 degree view of the company’s end-to-end offering. The site also provides detailed information on REED’s significant social impact, alongside first-person stories from REED employees.

The website was designed and built by design and technology agency Beyond in partnership with REED and follows recent projects for a range of high profile clients such as The Royal College of Art, Google and Facebook.

The launch of Reed.com supports the recent launch of Keep Britain Working, a campaign co-founded by James Reed, chairman and CEO of the REED Group, which has a simple objective: to preserve jobs and protect livelihoods during the coronavirus crisis. As a result, helping businesses and job seekers alike respond to the challenges of COVID is a key feature of the first iteration of Reed.com.

Beyond this, the website is the REED Group’s first move to co-ordinate its full digital estate within one online hub and marks the beginning of a progressive new vision to amplify REED’s key role in the courses and recruitment market.

As recruiters respond to the issues raised by COVID-19, Reed.com allows the REED Group to better communicate its full offering by balancing traditional recruitment with the pressing need for skills development.

The new Reed.com website provides clarity around the breadth and depth of REED’s range of services, allowing people to quickly and effectively access what they need. The site is a symbol of REED’s commitment to a digital future – and we’re very proud to have helped a brand which has been part of the fabric of British society for my whole lifetime, along on this latest phase of its journey.
