Keylane - a brand refresh, to both their brand story and their visual and written identity

Overview

Keylane is a leading SaaS platforms provider for the insurance and pension industry. It aims to empower businesses to transform through technology, helping them stay competitive in a shifting market landscape.

Our task was to develop a compelling brand story that spoke to C-suites, as well as reinvigorate Keylane’s visual and written identity to make it stand out in a sea of SaaS solutions.

Strategy

The insurance and pension industry is evolving rapidly. To get ahead, businesses need to optimise their current processes so that they can become agile and future-ready – that’s where Keylane comes in.

Factors like risk and cost mean the adoption of SaaS within insurance and pensions is slow. We needed to show these organisations the benefits of digital transformation and establish Keylane as a supportive partner to guide them on their journey.

Idea

Our creative platform ‘Unlock tomorrow’ speaks to Keylane’s ability to free the potential of insurance and pension businesses by giving them access to the processes, products and innovations that will drive future transformation, today.

Activation

Using our creative platform as a guide, we were able to develop a house style toolkit complete with an elevator pitch, mission statement, tone of voice, refreshed imagery, icon suites, sample assets and more.

We have since brought Keylane’s new brand identity to life by producing a thought-leadership piece titled ‘Unlock tomorrow with the power of SaaS’. This took the form of a whitepaper, which was promoted through a series of designed social posts.
