The Objectives

German brand Hēdoïne has developed the world’s first ladder-resistant, seamless tights for women, made from the finest Italian materials. The brand champions high-quality, sustainable fashion essentials for heroines and is looking to drive revenue and growth across the UK and Germany as it becomes more established.

Working across PPC and Google Shopping, we have been tasked with the following objectives:

  • Increase revenue in the UK & Germany
  • Increase conversions in the UK & Germany
  • Maintain a low cost per conversion

Our Approach

We are running activity across Google Search and Google Shopping in the UK and Germany, running branded keywords to ensure discoverability and conversion for those warm leads, and generic keywords to increase brand awareness and drive volume sales.

We have implemented RSLA audiences, which we are separating out from new customers to deliver prospecting and retargeting messages as appropriate.

With extensive data analytics to understand performance, we successfully set up remarketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to re-engage customers that were bouncing prior to purchase.

The Results

In our few weeks working with Hēdoïne, we dramatically improved performance across PPC and Google Shopping, helping the brand to achieve its objectives of driving increased revenue and conversions.

We saw the following impressive performance:

  • 168.54% increase in conversion rate
  • 235.21% increase in ROAS
