Marketing industry veteran Julian Ingram, formerly of agencies including McCann WorldGroup, AMV, BBDO and Saatchis, has joined world-leading client-agency evaluation experts Aprais as associate partner in the UK

Julian has more than 25 years’ experience building diverse and multi-disciplined teams, driving culture change to embed innovation and adaptability.

He has worked globally with blue chip organisations in the tech, pharma, finance, FMCG and retail sectors.

He is also a founding member of MarketingKind, an organisation set up to offer pro-bono marketing services to small charities and causes lacking resources and budget.

Julian said: ‘I’ve always been fascinated by the impact of relationships on
performance. Throughout my career running accounts, whether global or local and regardless of sector, I have witnessed how agencies and clients getting the best out of each other all comes down to understanding what really drives the relationship.’

‘What makes Aprais so interesting is the depth of resources they have, the
benchmarking they have evolved to provide unparalleled measurement, and their work measuring behaviours and how these impact relationships.’

Keeley Lane, head of network development at Aprais, added: ‘As we expand our global network of partners, we are pleased that Julian has joined the Aprais network.

'He will bring experience and deep knowledge of the sector in the home market, and his ability to build effective, diverse and multi-national teams will be of great benefit to Aprais and our clients.’
