GAA collaborated with Shazam, Electric Media and Appetite Creative to create an entertaining mobile experience. Users could Shazam the TV ad and enter the branded mobile experience. Mobile users can take then a selfie, choose their county and a flag with their chosen crest and phrase will appear. Users also had the option of a fan cap with which they can adjust to different sizes and move around. Users can share the selfie on Facebook or Twitter for a chance to win 2 tickets to the Irish Football Final. Impactful and intelligent selected Rich Media formats make customers consider new products and help brands to stay the leaders in rapidly changing competitive markets.
