The technology aims to add transparency to digital channels through behavioural analytics, customer support optimisation and digital risk management and compliance. The company has offices in London, New York, Tel Aviv and Sao Paulo, working with global businesses including Axa, Visa and top tier banks.

BRIEF

Clarisite were looking for a full service communications agency that could handle a global rebrand and then develop a communications strategy to reach their target audiences. The rebrand had to reflect their ambitious growth plans, after securing a number of new large contracts and senior appointments to their team.

SOLUTION

We worked closely with the Glassbox team to understand their business model, specifically their customer demographics and buyer process. Glassbox’s CRM data was utilised to help create a targeted advertising campaign that uses personalised messaging, demographic and location targeting, as well as ensuring engagement across the website, social media and advertising campaigns is clearly tracked to determine ROI.
