Criteo’s former People Partner Armelle Quenard joins the drive-to-store platform to steer its HR actions

S4M, the leading drive-to-store platform for tier one retailers, restaurants and auto dealerships, today announced the appointment of Armelle Quenard as chief people officer to lead the company’s human resources strategy and development.

With over 20 years of experience as a human resources leader in the high-tech industry, Quenard brings strong skills and invaluable knowledge to the drive-to-store platform. Quenard started her career at telecommunications giant Bouygues Group, where she spent 12 years as HR generalist for its Bouygues Telecom subsidiary.

She then joined computer software company Dassault Systèmes, where she held the position of HR director for the France R&D and IT departments for over three years.

Most recently, Quenard was vice-president people partner G&A and head of French collective Employee Relations at Criteo, where she assisted support function leaders on all aspects of management and leadership.

Quenard’s role at S4M will be to steer the company’s growth and define its human resources policy. She will ensure S4M’s ambitions for expansion align with the company’s overall strategy and implement HR changes and initiatives in its offices around the world. Quenard will also be in charge of the day-to-day management and development of the HR team.

“I’m delighted to join S4M and use my experience to help it scale up,” said Quenard. “As S4M continues to expand, the HR team will support its worldwide talent and foster a positive, high-performance working environment where everyone can thrive and excel.”

S4M chief executive officer Christophe Collet added: “We’re very happy to welcome Armelle to the company. I have no doubt she will bring a fresh perspective to our HR actions and give our teams all the support they need to deliver on their missions.”
