S4M names Cyrille Geffray global chief operating officer

Former Smart CEO joins the drive-to-store platform to accelerate global growth. S4M has announced today it has hired Cyrille Geffray as global COO to help the company scale up its global operations worldwide.

Cyrille Geffray is a highly experienced business leader, with two successful start-up exits under his belt. Most recently, he co-founded and scaled up Smart, taking the business from 1 employee in 2006 to 220 employees and €30m revenue by 2018, with ten offices across Europe, the US, South America and Asia. Since stepping down, Cyrille Geffray has mentored the management of Sustain Echo, a carbon footprint Saas platform, a subject S4M has followed closely following the launch of their Green initiative in 2020, and Noos Global, an Impact B2B Tech platform.

His remit at S4M will be to oversee the day-to-day business operations, employee productivity and work to build an inclusive employee culture, while helping S4M achieve the ambitious growth plans for its drive-to-store platform. Guillaume Marcilhac, who previously held the COO role, will be moving into a newly created global CRO position.
