Following a raft of new business wins and client growth, brand performance agency Threepipe Reply has hired nine new team members across its Amazon, digital shelf, digital PR and analytics teams.

These teams are flourishing as the agency helps clients overcome the disruption in the traditional retail channels and looks to maximize sales revenue across Amazon and online grocery channels.

One of the biggest areas of growth has been the investment in the analytics and martech team, which is helping clients prepare for the removal of third-party cookies in 2022. This is requiring clients to rethink their whole approach to digital advertising, and Threepipe Reply is providing a mix of consultancy services to ensure that brands are on the front foot.

Jim Hawker, co-founder of Threepipe Reply, said: “It’s an exciting time for the agency as we bring in new talent and move to our new office space in Victoria. The pandemic has fueled a pivot to digital and this, combined with the abolition of third-party cookie tracking, has led to some decent business growth.”
