Global integrated communications agency, 4media Group UK has appointed Ben Reilly as its new head of growth and brand strategy.

Ben Reilly is the company’s new head of growth and brand strategy for the UK and Europe

Reilly, an experienced business development lead, will help the company with its rapid expansion by being responsible for winning new brand business and cultivating existing accounts.

As a proven sales and marketing operator with a wealth of senior-level contacts and nearly 20 years of experience in the marcomms and content sector, Reilly is known for his passionate approach, delivering best-in-class solutions to clients and for growing businesses from the ground up.

Reilly has worked internationally in brand-building and content marketing both for independent and large networked agencies, winning and growing sector-leading global brands in finance, automotive, FMCG, consumer, F&B and healthcare industries.

He was formerly head of new business and marketing at Sticky Content, where he was responsible for all new business and marketing activities, as well as delivering growth and revenue from the existing client base.

Chris Foulerton, 4media Group’s managing director for the UK and Europe, said: “We’ve been searching for someone of the right calibre, with business-building experience and a broad set of marcomms skills, to help us develop our offering as we look to continue to grow strategically and rapidly in the UK and internationally.
