He will also lead the management of communication and business deliveries that combine technology, data, culture, behavior while promoting brand experiences with consumers that create commercial transactions.

Janjacomo said: "Isobar’s invitation to join the team aligns with my personal beliefs for my career. The group harness great technological power under Ana's leadership and I've no doubt that she will continue to provide the agency with opportunities for creating diverse work and allowing for greater representation. The group is always seeking to create a dialogue with the world and be relevant to its brands - and I think that's inspiring."

Janjacomo was an advertising graduate at FAAP and spent the last four years as a creative director at Wunderman Thompson. There, he led the creative work for Avon and Netflix. Prior to this, he also worked as a creative director at 9ine, Ogilvy and McCann; and at Bossa Nova Films as a brand content director.

Before arriving at Wunderman Thompson, Janjacomo spent a season at JWT London as head of art for Unilever. He's received numerous awards throughout his career, scoring at Cannes Lions, D&AD, London Festival, Clio Awards, The One Show, Fiap, and more.

Isobar's managing director, Ana Leão, said: "The biggest challenge to our business today is keeping up-to-date and remaining at the forefront of media transformations; to understand what impact they're having on people's consumption behaviours. We need to be ready to translate the understanding of these changes into narratives and relevant brand experiences for our audiences.

"Creativity always reigns supreme. I worked with Danilo Janjacomo some ten years ago, I was already enchanted by him. He can think up integrated and transformative solutions for everything he does. Dan's arrival will open Isobar to a new phase of great prosperity. I couldn't be happier and more confident in our decision to bring him on board."
