Aprais welcomes new associates in Canada and the Philippines
World leading client-agency evaluation consultancy Aprais has announced new appointments in Canada and the Philippines as part of a drive to expand its partner programme.
This year Aprais passed the 22,000 evaluations milestone
Under the programme, which allows independent consultants to leverage Aprais’ global platform and benchmarks for clients and agencies locally, Kathryn Fitzwilliam has become principal, Aprais Canada.
She brings more than 30 years of agency and client experience and a deep understanding of both sides of the partnership. Throughout her career she has worked for agencies, culminating as head of client management, before moving to Kraft Canada to become vice-president consumer comms, then vice-president marketing resources for Maple Leaf Foods.
Under the same programme Bong Pacia has become regional associate in the Philippines, after an expansive career of more than 22 years including a stint as chief operating officer of McCann Worldgroup in the Philippines. He has been director and then chair of the 4A’s in the Philippines and has lectured in communications at the University of Indonesia.
Keeley Lane, business director at Aprais, said: “Throughout lockdown we had great interest from highly experienced consultants and companies looking to extend the Aprais platform into their markets and business sectors.“
Aprais has also launched new services allowing the assessment of individual competencies of marketing and sales teams, alongside strategic brand consultancy XPotential. This will lead to more focussed skill development and speedy identification of unicorn teams and individuals.
This year Aprais passed the 22,000 evaluations milestone across 92 markets, feeding an extensive database spanning more than 20 years and allowing companies of all sizes to compare and manage team performances against clear KPIs.
