The UK’s most inspirational independent agencies revealed

The marketing sector can be a complicated place as new marketing tools and techniques are launched, almost on a weekly basis. Powered by The Drum Network, this regular column invites The Drum Network's members to demystify the marketing trade and offer expert insight and opinion on what is happening in the marketing industry today that can help your business tomorrow.

Launched six years ago, BenchPress, The Wow Company's agency benchmarking report, has grown to become the largest survey of independent agency owners in the UK.

This year, alongside all the usual questions on agency performance and market trends, we also asked participants which agencies, individuals and books inspired them. In the first part of this three-part series, we reveal the eight agencies who were ranked as most inspirational.
