Viral Brand Chart: Shooting straight to the top of the Brand Chart this week is an unlikely family rap combo in the form of NFL brothers, Eli and Peyton Manning and their dad, Archie.

Done very much in the style of Lonely Island, the video, entitled ‘Football on your Phone’, was created to promote DirectTV’s "Sunday Ticket", a new American service to stream live games to your mobile every Sunday. The two brothers don comedy 80’s wigs and sing along to ridiculous lyrics like, “I spilled milk all over your blouse on accident, or on purpose. It's like the milk is football and your blouse is the phone. Uh huh. Yea!" (WTF!) It’s pretty random, but with nearly 2 million views in 1 day it’s going down a storm online!

A TV advert for Marmite, long famous for its "you either love it or hate it" strapline, has also been trending over the past couple of days, triggering a mixed barrage of responses from viewers. The campaign was produced by Adam&EveDDB in response to research commissioned by Marmite revealing that 57% of the nation is stock-piling food that’s sometimes up to 10 years old. (I have to admit that I recently found a half eaten packet of couscous that went out of date in 2006 in my cupboard. I’ve moved house 4 times since then and for some reason felt the need to transport the offending packet with me to each new place. Don’t worry - it’s now in the bin!)The tongue-in-cheek ad spot features Marmite rescue teams from around the country saving neglected jars of Marmite from people’s cupboards in a bid to remind viewers to dig out their forgotten jars and put them on the table again. Along side the video the brand has also set up a Facebook page in the style of a charity appeal, urging fans to show their support by making a donation in the form of a Tweet or Facebook post and adding a Marmite Neglect sticker to their profile picture. However, within 24 hours of the campaign launch it had already sparked over 250 complaints to the Advertising Standards Authority from members of the public who felt the ad trivialised the work of charities such as the RSPCA. Looks like the brand it living up to its slogan – Love it. Hate it. Just don’t forget it. Personally I think it’s a stoke of advertising genius!

Elsewhere in the brand listings; Oakley has teamed up with pro skateboarder, Bob Burnquist, to release an awesome documentary style stunt fest; Leo Messi takes part in some beautiful choreographed footballing action for Adidas TV, donning a specially made LED light suit; and Magician Dynamo amazes Formula 1TM legend, David Coulthard, in an epic magic stunt for Mercedes. The UGC Chart: With the aftermath of VidCon only just starting to subside, and both Shark Week and Geek Week kicking off on Monday, there’s certainly been no shortage of events for Youtubers to revel in the glories of the interweb recently. Today’s UGC listings have a distinctly geeky theme, with half of the top trending videos being dedicated to the Geek Week Festival. At number one with over 5 million views in 3 days, popular YouTuber, Ryan Higa, produced a comedy fake movie trailer for cult Japanese film, Naruto; Rhett and Link recreated hit TV show, Breaking Bad, in the form of a high school musical; Pete Nottage compiled an amusing collection of Malcom Tucker clips to celebrate his appointment as the new Dr Who; and the tech team from Tested created an IRL life-size Wall-E robot.Moving on from geeky to sporty, and coming in at number two with over 2.5 million views, is a hilarious comedy clip from the NBC Sports Network. The video takes the form of a faux documentary featuring a fictional American football coach (Jason Sudeikis), adjusting to the rules of the English Premier League.
