File-sharing platform WeTransfer is firing up an explosion of innovation by partnering with the keenly anticipated Volcano album by producer duo Jungle.

‘Think It. Make It. Move It’ challenges creators worldwide to realize their vision by drawing concepts to reality.

Produced by WeTransfer’s in-house creative studio, the work positions the Dutch software firm as a conduit for making for bridging dreams and reality from a humdrum PDF to a new music album.

Ahead of the album launch, the interactive campaign will whet the ears of fans by enabling them to download digital teasers, cementing the platform as a reliable tool for musicians such as Prince and SAULT to distribute their music.

Angelique Temple, chief marketing officer at WeTransfer said: “What makes WeTransfer different is how we have worked together with the creative community since our inception to help realize their ideas. Being an enabler – as a tool and media platform, as an Oscar-winning commissioner, as an overall supporter of creativity – and doing it responsibly is the inspiration behind everything we do. Working with Jungle on their entire album has been no different in this respect. From featuring their creative process in our campaign to helping them distribute exclusive content via WeTransfer to their fans for free, this collaboration celebrates the business of creativity and how artists engage with their community.”

Touted as a means to shrink the distance between musicians and their fan base the partnership grants personal access direct to the creative process, bringing people along for the journey not just the finished product.

Launching globally online and out of home in select US markets, the campaign will extend to digital, social, print and cinema placements later in its run.

WeTransfer recently flexed its creative chops with the appointment of guest curator Russell Tovey to champion forgotten queer artists.
