Many of the UK’s most talented creatives live and work outside its capital city and some of the best ideas are born there too. That's why The Drum Roses Awards celebrates the best people, agencies and campaigns from the UK's regions.

Entries for the awards close April 6. You can enter here.

This year’s judging panel will be chaired by Louise Sloper, founder and creative director of Here.We.Go. Studio and chairwoman at TypoCircle. She'll be joined by some of the industry's finest including:

  • Zoë Wedderburn, global creative director, Asmodee Group

  • Ranzie Anthony, founder and CEO, Athlon

  • Katie Rosen, head of creative, Gousto

  • Ian Bates, founder and creative partner, Firehaus

  • Lisa Nichols, executive creative director, TBWA\MCR

  • Grant Hunter, executive creative director, Iris

  • Sadaf Zarrar, senior director content strategy, Coca-Cola, Beverage Services

On what she hopes to see from this year's entrants, Sloper said: “We saw some excellent examples of purpose-driven marketing in 2022. The brands that excelled, delivered relevant messages in a truly innovative way. I’d hope to see work like EE’S Not Her Problem in the entry list and Innocent’s Rewilding of Trafalgar Square which was an impressive brand activation, reinforcing their sustainability commitments.

“I’d also hope to see campaigns like Calm’s The Last Photo in the entry list – an incredibly brave campaign to make suicide prevention and mental health a national priority.”

This year’s categories will reward the brilliant use of services like advertising, design, PR, social, craft in copy, illustration, design, print and inspiring examples of social purpose, innovation, disruption and more.

Entrants for The Roses can come from any of the UK regions, England (outside the M25) Scotland, Wales or NI.

Make sure you enter The Drum Roses Awards before April 6 to be in with a chance of taking home that coveted Drum gong.
