World Creative Rankings 2023: adland’s top independent agencies revealed
We announce the most-awarded independent agencies from across the globe as we continue the 2023 edition of The Drum’s World Creative Rankings.

Already in the World Creative Rankings, we have revealed the most creatively successful global agencies, the top shops from APAC, EMEA and the US, as well as the very best networks and holding companies. Today, we take a look at the independent agencies that performed best in The Drum’s World Creative Rankings 2023.
Our data shows that Serviceplan Munich took home more awards than any other independent agency last year, mainly for its Christmas campaign ‘The Wish’ for European supermarket Penny. Canada’s Rethink and Zulu Alpha Kilo, as well as L&C and We Believers in the US, round out the top five.
The rankings are compiled by exhaustively analyzing the performance of thousands of pieces of creative work across 19 major industry awards programs, including The Drum Awards, throughout 2022.
