When it comes to negotiations, Emily Chang, the chief executive of McCann Worldgroup China, has a rare perspective. Having amassed 22 years of experience on the client side working for brands including Starbucks, Intercontinental Hotels, P&G and Apple before she migrated to the agency side, she has seen the best (and worst) from both ends of the table.
