Armstrong Film and TV2 behind 3D DOOH ad at the Field’s shopping mall in Copenhagen.

Tinka og sjælens spejl (or Tinka and the Mirror of the Soul) tells the story of the half-elf Tinka and her friend Lasse coexisting between the goblin and the human world.

To mark the third series of the popular family-friendly Christmas TV show, a digital out-of-home (DOOH) ad has appeared at the Field’s shopping mall in Copenhagen.

Created by Armstrong Film and the TV2 creative department, the short sequence sees the elf princess being chased by a menacing troll, jumping out and around the screen to hide behind a wall and losing her trademark hat in the process.

It features actors Josephine Højbjerg and Daniel Engstrup, who were filmed against a green screen for the short spot. The footage was then edited to fit the DOOH screen using Ocean’s DeepScreen creative technique.

3D billboard ads have been one of marketing’s hottest trends this year.
