Burger King is poking fun at ‘things other people do,’ such as clapping when the plane lands or wearing fake glasses, to promote its app in the UK.

‘Smart People Have Our App’ features a series of billboards hinting that savvy people get their Burger King fix through the app and teases ‘other people’ who find themselves in silly situations.
Situated at a bus stop, the first poster highlights that ‘other people are still reading this ad and just missed the bus and now won’t make it home in time for dinner.’ The second pokes fun at how ‘other people clap when the plane lands,’ and the third states that ‘other people wear fake glasses.’
Created by BBH, it’s the first activation in a series that will continue throughout the rest of the year.
