Airbnb unveils ‘OMG Fund’ to fuel exciting accommodation builds
Airbnb has rolled out an ‘OMG Fund’ with the aim of encouraging people to build the wackiest places on earth – which, once created, will be available to rent on the app.
The company is hosting a competition urging people to submit designs to a crack team of judges. It will then award 100 people $100,000 to deliver their ideas.

An Airbnb statement said: “Creativity comes in all shapes and sizes. You’ll find our collection of the quirkiest homes on Airbnb. If you have a jaw-dropping idea of your own, send it our way. You might just get $100K from the OMG Fund to put toward your offbeat build.”
