Recruitment portal Reed.co.uk is draping itself in regal purple to banish blue Mondays by lining up the Queen’s best friends in a Jubilee-themed campaign.

‘Love Mondays Again’ employs six idiosyncratic Corgis to spell out Monday to show that the start of the week can be just as fun as the end.

Focused on the capital, the Platinum Jubilee Corgis campaign will make its presence felt via bus and taxi wraps. A partnership with the newly-opened Elizabeth Line will also see animated Corgis take over platform, carriage and station out-of-home (OOH) spots.

Each instance of the campaign carries the legend ‘Great job Ma’am’ and ‘Find a job one adores at Reed.co.uk’ to illustrate that your future career rests in your hands.

James Reed, chairman of Reed.co.uk, states: “The Queen has done an outstanding job as head of state for 70 years, and as the UK’s leading job and career specialist, we wanted to joyously celebrate this moment. Our Pomeranian ‘Love Mondays’ campaign has performed very well for us and become a real people’s favorite, so a celebratory Corgis version seems perfect to mark this very special occasion. Great job, Ma’am!”

Rob Fletcher, executive creative director at Isobel, adds: “Our initial Love Mondays Again campaign is all about portraying Monday as something that people love. So switching from Pomeranians to Corgis to mark the Jubilee was a no-brainer really. Hopefully it will make people smile.”

Devised by independent creative agency Isobel, the fun piece serves as the follow-up to a 2021 counterpart employing Pomeranians to visualize the low point of the 9-5.
