The Marketing Practice continues US expansion with acquisition of Campaign Stars

B2B agency The Marketing Practice has acquired San Francisco-headquartered ABX specialists Campaign Stars.

This win marks TMP’s second US acquisition this year and fourth in the last 12 months, resulting in the employment of over 500 people. 150 of those are based in the US, with a presence in the UK, Germany and Australia as well.

Campaign Stars joins the previous acquisitions of strategic marketing specialists 90octane, insight specialist Kingpin and digital experiences consultancy Omobono. The addition of Campaign Stars will continue to strengthen ABM and on-demand ABX solutions.

The acquisition was supported by private equity firm Horizon Capital, which is helping TMP bring together a specialist B2B marketing portfolio to hold it accountable for growth and revenue impact.
