With Easter right around the corner, brands have been taking part in the celebrations with fun ad campaigns. Here, The Drum rounds-up the best so far.

Cadbury: ‘Worldwide Hide’

Cadbury, alongside agency partner VCCP London, brought back its ’Worldwide Hide’, which allows chocolate lovers to hide an egg and then share a personalized clue about its digital whereabouts with a loved one to help them locate it. This year the Brtish confectioner partnered with Manchester United to create a bespoke egg using the club’s distinct iconography.

McVitie’s: ‘Bring on the Golden Moments’

McVitie’s is rolling out its TV sponsorship work for Britain’s Got Talent this Easter weekend, as part of what has been named the biscuit brand’s ‘biggest sponsorship deal to date’.

Created by TBWA\London, the campaign is an ode to the quirky talents showcased on the beloved ITV show. A suite of 10 idents have been created and feature families and friends sharing biscuits. Once the first bite is taken, golden confetti bursts all over the room, reminiscent of the golden buzzer moment on the show.

Maltesers: ‘Meditations’

Maltesers set out to trigger pleasure receptors this Easter with a fusion of baking, sound and vision to set your tastebuds tingling in its latest ASMR-style campaign.

The Mars Wrigley-owned brand employed the silken voice of venerable broadcaster Angela Rippon to soothe frazzled nerves and lull watchers into a zen-like state of yum.

Häagen-Dazs: ‘Don't Hold Back’

The Easter bunny doesn't just hide chocolate eggs, he also brings tasty ice-cream treats – specifically from Häagen-Dazs and home delivery service Gopuff.

Gopuff will be delivering free tubs of delicious gelato to its customers throughout this weekend when they use they use the’dontholdback’ coupon code.

Gymboree: ‘Give Back This Easter’

American actor and singer-songwriter Mandy Moore – along with her son Gus and her husband Taylor Goldsmith, lead-singer of the band Dawes – partnered with children’s clothing brand Gymboree to donate clothing to families in need.
