Account moves

Cult has been appointed as the global creative agency for 7th Heaven, the UK’s #1 face mask brand.

The Gym Group has chosen PrettyGreen to help with its mission to be the most welcoming gym collective in the UK. The Gym Group will sit within PrettyGreen’s team alongside brands like Nando’s, Audible, Pantene and Hasbro. The Gym Group will benefit from the agency’s range of specialisms including planning, PR, influencer and advocacy, content and experience.

Fullgreen, the plant-based alternatives food brand and maker of cauliflower rice, has chosen BMB as its first agency of record. There was no previous incumbent.

WaterWipes, a family-owned business based in Drogheda, Ireland, and a presence in over 50 countries globally, has appointed Omnicom Group as its new global agency of record, with work being led by BBDO LA for creative and strategic leadership, OPRG for PR and reputation management, OMG for media and Velocity Commerce Group (VCG) for retail.

UK-based food tech startup, Cook My Grub, has appointed The Lucre Group to support its UK PR strategy. The latest account win further strengthens the agency’s rapidly growing Food & Drink division, which already incorporates the likes of PizzaExpress, Distill Ventures, Stonegate Pub Company, Kettle Chips and The Dalmore.

Digital agency Engage has been appointed by restaurant group Dishoom to build a new e-commerce platform to provide an enhanced e-commerce experience to its customers. The news will see Engage rebuild and manage the e-commerce platform, alongside a performance marketing strategy, including digital consultancy, which underpin Dishoom’s long-term growth ambitions.

Korea’s #1 RTD coffee brand, My Café Latte, has appointed social media agency Kingdom Digital to drive awareness for the brand in the Singapore and Malaysia markets.

Launches

Havas Switzerland has strengthened its sports and entertainment expertise with the creation of a business entity dedicated to sport and esport. Havas Sports will mostly be focused on supporting sports organizations in successfully deploying fan relationship management strategies and in generating new sources of revenues.

Mergers and acquisitions

Kantar has this morning closed on its Numerator transaction – buying the Chicago-based tech-driven market intelligence company from Vista Equity Partners. The company, which will sit as part of Kantar’s Worldpanel division, extends Kantar’s shopper insights and panels into the US and Canada.
