Francesco Magini has joined Disney EMEA as vice president of subscriber growth, reporting to Luke Bradley-Jones. Magini was previously marketing director for Amazon’s Prime Video service, spending over nine years at the company.

Ikea has appointed Linus Karlsson in the role of chief creative officer. Karlsson will work across product development and marketing and communication for the furniture giant. He previously founded Mother New York in 2003, and has held the CCO title at both McCann London and New York.

Twitch has further expanded its EMEA leadership team with the hire of Krishan Patel as EMEA Director of Sales. Based out of London, Patel will be responsible for the strategic direction of Twitch's commercial advertising team and lead the company’s rapidly growing advertising business, customer engagement and brand partnerships in the region.

Inmarsat CEO Rajeev Suri has announced two new executive appointments designed to place the customer at the heart of the organisation and to further enhance the company’s commercial and product capabilities. The appointments are Barry French, formerly chief marketing officer at Nokia, who will join Inmarsat as CMCO. And Jat Brainch, previously senior vice president of Group Commercial Management at Inmarsat, is appointed as CCPO.


Serviceplan Group has created the new position of global head of art, and appointed Michael Wilk, an accomplished art director awarded by the most recognized global awards shows in the industry.

The independent creative agency, The Corner has announced the appointment of creative duo Paloma Gardiner and Alastair Milne. The talented pair officially hit the UK’s adland last year as graduates from Tony Cullingham’s Watford School of Art direction and copywriting. At The Corner they will work across all clients and new business.

VMLY&Rx, the world’s first global agency dedicated to Rx pharmaceutical companies who are researching and developing breakthrough therapies, has hired Nichole Davies as global chief strategy officer. Davies will lead a new global strategic practice to deliver and enable connected health strategies for clients, which has the primary remit to break down silos and create connected strategies across the multiple and diverse stakeholders within the health ecosystem.

Epsilon Asia Pacific has the appointment of Patrick Sim as senior vice-president – sales for APAC and MEA, and Niraj Nagpal as director of business development for southeast Asia. Both appointments are effective immediately. The news follows the historic acquisition of Epsilon by Publicis Groupe in 2019.

Juniper Park\TBWA, has welcomed two associate creative director teams to its growing and diverse creative department. The new faces joining the agency include Gira Moin and Sasha Newton, and Derek Silveira and Jason Lee. Moin and Newton both bring over ten years of award-winning agency experience to Juniper Park\TBWA, and join from Mosaic North America. The second ACD team of Silveira and Lee come to the agency from Zulu Alpha Kilo, and both did previous stints at FCB Toronto.

Meanwhile, TBWA\NEBOKO has strengthened its team with the appointment of Thierry Albert as executive creative director. Albert has over twenty years of experience within the creative industry across Europe and Canada, which has seen him create multi-award winning campaigns for the likes of Heineken, Corona, and more.

M&C Saatchi has announced key management changes, as Richard Thompson is to succeed Tim Duffy as UK group chairman, while Duffy is to become group strategy director, worldwide. The news comes as M&C Saatchi hopes to continue on its change agenda in line with the new strategy presented in January.

Leo Burnett Chicago has welcomed back Beverly Wright, after 8 years away at AbelsonTaylor and DDB Chicago. Wright will now take the title of executive vice-president and account director on the Bank of America account.


Quartz has appointed Daniel Alvarez as chief product officer. He’ll be responsible for all product development at Quartz, and joins from NBC Universal, where he served as vice-president of product and design for local NBC and Telemundo TV stations.

Joe Media has appointed Paul Coldham to lead its creative commercial content. As head of creative, Coldham will build on the existing high-quality creative and content output for Joe, working closely with clients to devise impactful partnered content and innovative creative ideas that complement their focus on long form, broadcast quality content.


Thrill One Sports & Entertainment has appointed Steven Ziff to become the company’s chief marketing and communications officer. Ziff will be responsible for ThrillOne’s traditional marketing and communications functions as well as oversee touring, consumer products and athlete development.

Fanplayr has bolstered its leadership team with three new senior leader hires in the UK. The appointments are Andy McNab as vice president for EMEA, Dave Hendry as regional sales director, and Jessica Biddle as head of customer success.
