Cult announce several cross team promotions
Creative agency Cult are proud to announce three promotions across their creative and client service teams.
As a result of outstanding hard work, proactivity and brilliance over the last year and during the pandemic, these individuals have not only met and exceeded their set objectives, but have shown patience and kindness to their teams, line managers and clients during a period of great uncertainty and change.
Hannah Smith is now a senior art director. Smith has been a passionate driving force for Futures: Generation, Cult’s new mentorship scheme, and has championed her creative vision and inspired creative teams across key clients.
Jemma Davis is also now a junior account director. Her professional can-do attitude, determination and ability to smile even during the demands of remote shooting for Rodan + Fields has been duly noted and appreciated.
Imogen Rossi is now a junior account director. Her energy, positivity and dedication in building and maintaining relationships with the COTY clients has been outstanding.
Bridey Lipscombe, global managing director and co-founder at Cult says: “As the world shifted overnight into lockdown, agencies have faced a potential Extinction event. Only the most adaptable and agile businesses have been able to maintain workflow, teams and creative output.
“Teamwork, now more than ever, plays a fundamental role in driving morale, optimism, opportunities and ultimately success. Cult is blessed with a powerhouse of hugely talented individuals, like Imogen, Jemma and Hannah, and together we are embracing all aspects of this new reality, and we are excited for all its potential.”
Cat Turner, CCO and co-founder, Cult, says: “We founded Cult to inspire talent to rattle cages, ask challenging questions and be creatively brave. Ideas are what fuels the creative economy, we have a responsibility to disrupt and innovate in a universe where technology and creativity are fast becoming one of the same thing. Our industry needs fresh perspectives to survive and that is what Imogen, Jemma and Hannah represent.”
