As a business, if you’re not moving forward in some way – even in the toughest of times – then you are probably drifting backwards.
Despite the many challenges, the past few months have also given us the opportunity to gather and consider open, honest feedback from our clients to better understand what they want from us as a creative partner. As a result of that feedback, we’re delighted to announce the appointment of Jess Farrugia as Ifour’s head of client services. Jess’s mission is to ensure that we gain an even deeper understanding of our clients’ businesses and of how our creativity can contribute to their bottom line.
Jess is already an established force at Ifour. She joined last year from digital agency, MCM Net, as senior campaign strategist. She quickly supercharged our campaigns with her quick grasp of our clients’ varied specialisms and her cutting-edge social marketing skills. Jess also showed an aptitude for building strong, trusting relationships with clients. So, when we carved out a new role for someone to head-up our client services, we knew we already had the talent in-house and were delighted to offer an existing team member the opportunity to develop their skills.
