July 14, 2020 | 3 min read

Global data company Fifty-five London, which forms part of You & Mr Jones - the world’s first brandtech group - has made three key appointments to its analytics and media teams, marking its continued expansion.

Two new consulting managers, Leona Bell and Oliver Gillies, have joined the leadership team in Fifty-five's London office.

Bell has extensive experience as an analytics leader in her previous roles. She has worked agency-side as head of data analytics at Engine Group and client-side as head of web analytics at Maplin Electronics. Bell will lean on her previous experience to lead analytics missions among Fifty-five's extensive range of travel and retail clients.

Gillies joins with a plethora of agency experience including at Merkle Periscopix where he was a search director and Zenith Media, where he was a performance media search director. He will support the growth of the agency's media practice where he will lead a range of attribution and enhanced audience-targeting missions.

Chiara Bruno also joins the agency as a project lead from Publicis Emile where she was previously a campaign manager. She will take up the critical role of coordinating and delivering Fifty-five's consulting teams as they integrate their client’s analytics and prospective data in a variety of Cloud-based missions.

Fifty-five London’s portfolio of clients includes brands such as Adidas, Dixons Carphone Warehouse, Hilton Hotels and Pandora, who will also benefit from the experience these three new joiners will bring to the teams.

Fifty-five delivers a focused and expert range of digital consulting and implementation services to support the enhanced use of data and help their customers improve their digital marketing effectiveness and drive increasingly mature integration use cases.

Commenting on the appointments, agency managing director, Richard Wheaton, said: “In these uncertain times, the need to increase the effectiveness of digital marketing has become an even more vital driver of business performance.

"We look forward to welcoming our new team members ‘virtually’ who together will enhance our leadership team and help us continue to grow our capacity to support our fantastic portfolio of clients. We are in a period of high growth in the UK, due to our clients continuing to invest in data and technology solutions that enable them to improve marketing, advertising and customer experience, and I’m delighted to be able to announce these hires during the lockdown in the UK.”
