Zazzle Media names Richard Marriott as new head

June 17, 2020 | 2 min read

Performance content agency Zazzle Media has named Richard Marriott as its new head of agency.

Marriott has been with the agency since 2014, when he joined as a strategy director, responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operational activity of Zazzle alongside the executive team at parent company Stickyeyes, part of the IPG Mediabrands network.

Phil Kissane, group managing director at Stickyeyes Group, said: “It’s fantastic to be able to recognise Richard’s contribution to Zazzle’s success as we enter the next stage of growth. He knows the Zazzle team, their strengths and value to their clients inside out and is highly regarded by everyone he works with.

"I look forward to continuing the successful integration between both agencies as we continue to devise effective marketing strategies and deploy long-term creative content that reaches, engages and converts audiences."

Of his appointment, Marriott added: “I couldn’t have imagined I’d be managing a mass work from home migration and the subsequent impacts of Covid in my first few months in post but I’m immensely proud of the way the team has handled this latest challenge and excited to be leading Zazzle into the next stage of our development.

"Our core focus will continue to be our people and client performance, while ensuring closer integration with our brilliant colleagues in Leeds and London. Working across the wider group ultimately positions us in a really unique place in the market – the agility of an independent agency with the access to the wider group global proprietary tool stack and group scale. Alongside this, we’re going to continue to work tirelessly on ensuring Zazzle remains a progressive and vibrant agency to work for, and work with."
