PHD, part of Omnicom Media Group, has appointed Louise Twycross-Lewis to lead Insight within Discovery, the agency’s specialist data, insight and marketing science team.
Twycross-Lewis, who has over 20 years of media research experience, joins from Wavemaker where she was most recently head of quantitative research. She has previously worked at IPC Media (now Time Inc), Mirror Group Newspapers and Granada.
Reporting to PHD UK’s head of discovery, Jeremy Pounder, Twycross-Lewis will be responsible for designing innovative new insight services and ensuring the agency’s strategic planning has the strongest and freshest insights.
