The global advertising industry’s top brands, agencies and people have been revealed in the first instalment of the World Creative Rankings, published by The Drum today.
The all-new World Creative Rankings is the successor to The Big Won and benchmarks adland’s most awarded work, companies and talent by aggregating and analysing the results of 21 international award shows including the Clios, D&AD and Cannes Lions.
All this data is available in a comprehensive digital report which comprises rankings, interviews with leading clients and creatives, and behind-the-scenes features on the makings of the world’s top campaigns. In recognition of the current coronavirus crisis, and the challenges this presents to our industry, The Drum is making a summary report available for our readers around the world to download for free now.
Steve Antoniewicz, head of marketing at The Drum, said: “Creativity continues to be what drives the most talked-about, engaging and effective campaigns. The World Creative rankings highlight how investment in creativity has helped challenger brands, category leaders and those with important causes cut through.
“There’s some incredible work which demonstrates the quality of creative thinking and craft in execution so congratulations to all the brands, agencies and people who work so hard to set the standard that the rest of us can aspire to.
“The rankings prove that creativity can inspire movements, change behaviours and have a huge social impact. So good luck to all of those creative and marketing teams putting their energy into helping to solve the current crisis. We know that many within the creative community will be remote working or even isolated at the moment, so that’s why we’ve decided to make the summary report available to download for free.”
