This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

This week includes moves from Havas Media Group, WPP, Wunderman Thompson and Innocean.
Havas Media Group
Havas Media Group has appointed Jackie Lyons to the newly-created role of head of media experience, following the global launch of its Mx methodology in 2019.
Reprise
Reprise has appointed Neilson Hall to the newly-formed role of head of e-commerce, EMEA. Neilson will report into Jimmy Schougaard, president, Reprise EMEA and Craig Lister, chief exec Reprise Network UK.
Brunswick Group
Brunswick Group has appointed Indy Saha as a partner based in the London office. He will focus on conceiving and executing creative ideas and campaigns for clients in order to help grow their businesses.
Publicis Groupe
Eleanor Conroy has been appointed to the newly-created role of director of communications and marketing for Publicis Groupe UK. Conroy will report to UK chief exec, Annette King and will oversee the communications teams across Publicis Groupe UK and lead collaboration and alignment across Publicis Groupe UK and its agency brands.
Spark44
Spark44 has appointed Gonzalo Ocio as managing director for Europe, just one year after he was appointed to the role of Global Head of Engagement. Ocio will be responsible for Spark44’s offices in Frankfurt, Madrid and Rome, overseeing the Jaguar Land Rover account.
Innocean Berlin
Innocean Berlin has hired Bruno Oppido from Wieden+Kennedy in São Paulo as executive creative director and head of art. Oppido will join Ricardo Wolff and Gabriel Mattar in the creative leadership of the agency as executive creative director and head of art. Bruno has built an impressive career developing campaigns for brands such as Nike, Old Spice and Leica.
23Red
Emily Rayner has joined 23Red as strategy and planning lead where she will operate as a strategic advisor and work as part of 23Red’s project teams across existing clients and new business. She joins from Save the Children where she worked as innovation manager.
Ad-Lib Digital
Creative ad-tech start-up Ad-Lib Digital has appointed Jessica Phan, ex-Essence, to the new role of customer success APAC based in Singapore. Reporting to Rupert Privett, head of APAC, Phan will be responsible for Ad-Lib clients across Asia.
Opr
Opr has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Graham White to the newly-created role of chief operating officer and Jacquie Potter as managing director of Howorth - a role that will be in addition to her responsibilities as Opr’s chief growth officer.
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne
Group New Zealand chief exec Jim Gall will be returning home to Melbourne to take on the expanded role of Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Group chief exec. As chief exec, Gall will take on responsibility for Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Group’s advertising, digital consulting, web development, e-commerce, martech, production and activation units.
Further, Jim Curtis and Ryan Fitzgerald have been appointed as executive creative directors, joining from Droga5 following a nearly five-year stint in the US.
WPP Aunz
WPP Aunz has appointed Katherine Williams as head of corporate strategy. MediaCom Brisbane’s managing director Katherine Williams will step into the role of Queensland group general executive WPP AUNZ and becomes Chair of MediaCom Brisbane.
Wavemaker Adelaide managing director, Matt Hofmeyer, will take on the role of SA group general executive WPP AUNZ, whilst maintaining leadership of Wavemaker.
And Steve Harris, chairman and chief exec of The Brand Agency, has become WA’s Group General Executive WPP AUNZ. A well-established industry leader, Harris has been with The Brand Agency since 1997, and has led The Brand Agency Perth, Melbourne and Auckland since 2014. He retains his role at The Brand Agency.
iProspect
iProspect has appointed Arshad Rahman to the newly-created role of chief operating officer. He joins Dentsu Aegis Network from Google Indonesia, where he was head of Google Marketing Platform for four years.
Blue Sky Agency
Blue Sky Agency has hired Mariana Costa as its executive creative director. Costa will be responsible for leading the creative team and collaborating closely with all departments to produce fully-integrated, cross-channel campaigns for clients.
Wunderman Thompson
Ernest Riba has been appointed chief strategy officer of Wunderman Thompson Latam. Riba will be focused on strengthening the relationship between creative and business growth through the portfolio of strategic skills of the company. Based in Mexico City, he will report directly to Juan Pablo Jurado, chief exec of Wunderman Thompson Latam.
