This week has seen another wave of appointments and departures at brands, media owners and agencies. The Drum has rounded up the key moves from the EMEA, APAC and North America regions below.

BBC Studios has appointed Nicki Sheard as its chief commercial officer.
Jaguar Land Rover
Jaguar Land Rover’s customer experience director, Fiona Pargeter, has departed the business less than two years after she was put in the newly-created position amid a major restructure.
DS Automobiles
Former Renault CMO Bastien Schupp has confirmed his departure from the French vehicle manufacturer to head up marketing and communications at DS Automobiles.
AB InBev
Budweiser Brewing Group UK and Ireland, the beer arm of AB InBev, has appointed Rowan Chidgey to lead marketing for brands including Budweiser, Corona and Beck’s in the UK.
ESI Media
Jon O'Donnell, managing director of ESI Media, the commercial wing of the Independent and Evening Standard, has announced his departure from the business.
Guardian Media Group
Guardian Media Group has appointed Annette Thomas, a neuroscientist and academic publisher as its new chief executive. She will lead its push for financial stability by leveraging her experience in scientific journal publishing.
Havas
Havas International has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Maylis Crassard as managing director of its Parisian hub.
IPG Mediabrands
IPG Mediabrands has created a new global client-facing role for Caroline Foster Kenny. She becomes global president of client solutions, as well as UK and Ireland executive chairman and chief executive. Christian Johansen takes on the position of chief executive for the EMEA region.
Dentsu Aegis Network
Ivor Falvey, Dentsu Aegis Network’s global talent planning director, has joined Wilbury Stratton as a director and the global head of media and entertainment practice based in London.
Kantar
Kantar has announced the appointment of Ian Griffiths as chief financial officer. Meanwhile, Chris Morley has been appointed as managing director UK, Ireland, and USA, for the Worldpanel division and Dom Boyd joins as managing director, offer for the UK Insights division.
UM
UM has appointed Enyi Nwosu to the new role of chief strategy officer. Enyi joins from his position of partner and head of strategy at Mindshare.
NABS
Charlie Parkin, director of fundraising at NABS, is to leave the organisation after 12 years of service.
R/GA
R/GA has announced that Neda Whitney has been promoted to vice-president, managing director of client services and Fielding Jamieson has joined R/GA Ventures as strategy director for the Global Sports Ventures Studio.
MSL
MSL UK announced the appointment of Jo Grierson as its new UK managing director.
Bauer Media
Bauer Media has appointed Rebecca Frank as KISS content director. Meanwhile, Bauer Media Scotland has announced the appointment of Gary Lamont to the newly created role of head of creative for Scotland.
Leagas Delaney
Creative communications agency Leagas Delaney has announced the appointment of Gareth Davies in the newly created role of UK managing director.

Maria Cadbury has joined global digital recruitment specialists Ultimate Asset, in an advisory capacity.
