Which hires Neil Caldicott as first brand and communications director

Consumer group Which has tapped Audible’sNeil Caldicott as its first-ever director of brand and communications following a restructure of the organisation's promotional activity.

The spring shift will see Caldicott tasked with scaling Which membership while promoting the brand's core values.

Anabel Hoult, chief executive of Which said: “We are thrilled that Neil will be joining Which? and will be a great addition to the team. He has a wealth of experience in brand development, audience insight and growth that will be essential for the future of our organisation.”

Caldicott added: “I am looking forward to having the opportunity to shape the future of the brand and communications functions at an organisation that has such a rich history.”

Caldicott arrives at Which? from Audible where he held the role of senior director of brand, content marketing, communications and podcasts. Prior to this, he served as director of marketing and audiences at BBC Radio.
