Traveloka creates interactive installations for tourists to experience Singapore

Indonesian travel startup Traveloka has created an interactive experience to help tourists discover more of Singapore’s popular attractions and experiences.

Tourists can use vouchers in the “Let’s Go Around Singapore Lah!” travel booklet that they can pick up at the Singapore Visitor Centres (SVCs) around the city to visit attractions like Universal Studios Singapore and Gardens by the Bay, and lesser-known experiences like the National Orchid Garden and the Tiger Brewery tour from Traveloka Xperience.

There will be Traveloka interactive kiosks available for tourists to explore at the SVC in Orchard Gateway mall featuring seasonal themes from Christmas to Chinese New Year.

These interactive kiosks will give tourists personalised recommendations based on quizzes. Upon completion of the quiz, visitors will receive a Traveloka Xperience discount voucher of up to $15.

This activation by Traveloka is part of the larger memorandum of cooperation (MOC) signed between Traveloka and the Singapore Tourism Board in April 2019 to promote Singapore as a preferred destination for visitors from five Southeast Asian markets.

“This strategic partnership between Traveloka Xperience and STB is aimed at boosting Singapore’s tourism sector, inspiring international travellers to discover the best attractions in the country,” said Terry Santoso, head of marketing for Traveloka Xperience.

"Aligned with our commitment to ease the customer’s journey and creating the best user experience, Traveloka Xperience will facilitate tourists to gather comprehensive information on exciting activities that can be done in Singapore while at the same time making it even easier for travelers to find tourism destinations inspiration and book the top attractions, activities, or even tour packages.”
