Forrester names DAC as significant performance marketing agency

Research and advisory firm Forrester has named the global full-service performance agency, DAC, as a contender in The Forrester Wave Performance Marketing Agencies Q3 2019 round-up.

The guide, which helps businesses consider their purchasing options in a technology marketplace, cites DAC as bringing “a unique offering to multilocation brands”.

Forrester’s insights are grounded in annual surveys made up of more than 675,000 consumers and business leaders worldwide. The Forrester Wave applies a methodology that is publicly available across all participating vendors that equitably evaluates the players in the software, hardware and services markets, as far reaching as data management platforms to cloud contact centres.

The guide helps professionals make informed decisions immediatedly and saves them plenty of time wihtout having to conduct their own research.

Forrester’s goal is to compare agencies according to their size, functionality, geography and vertical market focus but groups them by their determination to target in-market consumers, drive them to convert in digital channels and support organic marketing efforts.

Nasser Sahlool, vice president, client strategy at DAC, said: “There are very few mechanisms to get unbiased third-party validation for the health, strength, and longevity of a business proposition. More than awards, this is the best it gets in terms of advocacy, and we think it will have a huge positive impact on the business.”

Forrester noted that DAC had leveraged its TransparenSEE platform to help clients gain greater visibility against their competitors, allowing them to stand out with customers actively looking for information or nearby locations.
