Ebiquity chief executive Michael Karg steps down
Karg, who took on the role nearly four years ago, joining from Razorfish where he was international chief executive, will be succeeded in the interim by the company’s chief financial officer, Alan Newman.
The reason for the resignation was unclear at the time of writing, however it was understood that he would remain an employee of the business until the end of the year to support the transition to Newman.
Rob Woodward, chairman of Ebiquity, commented: “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Michael for his significant contribution to Ebiquity over the past four years. Michael has transitioned the business towards becoming a more streamlined consultancy aligned to the demands of the evolving marketing and media environment and with a stronger balance sheet. We wish him well for the future.”
