Jo Boundy lands top-flight marketing role at Qantas

Boundy has served the airline in a marketing and communications capacity since 2009, holding several positions over the intervening years, most recently as chief marketing officer at Qantas Loyalty and executive manager at Qantas Group Hotels.

Before this time Boundy spent the formative years of her career working for the Airline Passenger Experience Association, Optus, Google and Lewis PR.

During Tully’s tenure, Qantas invested in a mix of technology, data, people and brand marketing as part of a flagship digital transformation, conducted in tandem with the consolidation of its $60m media planning and buying operation with OMD.

Qantas is flying high after conducting the first-ever direct flight between Australia and London.
