Digital health agency Ampersand & Ampersand has partnered with BGO Software to marry their expertise and scale.
The strategic partnership will see BGO invest in A&A to forge a new force in the UK digital health market, taking advantage of economies of scale to share their combined strategic transformation expertise, software architecture and development services with a range of medical companies, the NHS and governments.
Nader Alaghband, Ampersand’s co-CEO commented: “BGO’s scale and execution know-how combined with Ampersand’s focus on high-touch co-creation make for a specialised and timely offering. We’re confident that it’s well suited to the needs of the NHS and industry at a time of rapid digital transformation and regulatory change”.
Ivan Lekushev, CEO of BGO, added: “We’ve invested heavily in best practice, allowing us to meet the needs of a heavily regulated, process-oriented organisations like Pfizer, Roche and the Department of Health. Our partnership with Ampersand allows us to combine lean, effective methodologies with a higher-touch model of customer engagement.”
Going forward the two companies will operate under Ampersand & Ampersand banner in the UK with Lekushev becoming Ampersand’s co-CEO.
